Sulagna Mishra

Sulagna Mishra helps manage all the Steger Center faculty-led programs, serving as the primary contact for students, faculty leaders, and other key stakeholders. In this role, she oversees program operations including application management, marketing, compliance reporting, and pre departure preparation to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. She advises students in program selection, scholarships, application processes, and reentry. She collaborates closely with faculty to facilitate orientation and helps with student recruitment. Her work supports safe, well-prepared, and academically enriching global learning opportunities for students.  

Sulagna has taught French for over two decades, sharing with students her passion for transcultural global learning experiences and helping them be more engaged in community. She has studied, lived, and worked in India, France, and the Ivory Coast. She loves music, birding, playing with her dog, spending time in nature, and traveling with her family when she is not working.
