Fulbright

The Fulbright Program funds international educational exchange for students, scholars, and professionals worldwide.

This initiative, established in 1946 and sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs section of the U.S. State Department, offers grants for research, teaching, and study in more than 160 countries. Recipients join a prestigious network of alumni including 61 Nobel Prize winners and 89 Pulitzer Prize recipients. 

Virginia Tech actively supports Fulbright applications through mentoring and assistance from a variety of offices across the university.
